Morgan’s role is multi-faceted, covering the critical internal functions of the business to ensure stability and efficiency. She is responsible for managing and overseeing business administrations, which includes accounting, financial records, payroll, and negotiating payment terms to maintain fluid cash flow. With over 25 years of experience in business integrations and solutions, Morgan is responsible for managing and overseeing business administrations as well as the overall day-to-day running of the company, ensuring seamless execution of services. Her cross-functional role bridges operations and sales departments, coordinating communication and processes between project management and field teams and ensuring that sales promises can be realistically met by the operational capacity.

Manuel Caballero (Partner, Client Relation Director/Manager)

Manuel holds a key executive role as a partner, primarily focusing on driving strategic growth. He is tasked with managing the service sales process and implementation of HTX Office services.  Manuel has worked with dealerships on a national level for over 20 years and brings 30 years of comprehensive commercial furniture industry experience encompassing installation, logistics, project management, sales and management. This extensive background positions him as a credible and knowledgeable leader for clients, contributing significantly to business expansion and long-term sustainability. His role collaborates cross-functionally with supporting operations teams, aligning sales efforts with the company's delivery capabilities.

John Monroig ( Installation & Operations Director/Manager)

 John’s central function within HTX Office is the flawless execution of operations and installation services, a role that includes service sales oversight. He directly manages all physical operations, from installation management to day-to-day logistics. Drawing on 30 years of extensive experience in the commercial furniture sector, John brings a wealth of expertise spanning installation, project management, and service sales, alongside strong relationships with dealerships and manufacturers. This robust operational knowledge not only ensures projects are delivered safely, and efficiently, but also establishes him as a highly credible leader for clients and field teams. He works cross-functionally across sales and project management to confirm project scope feasibility and ensure proper resource allocation.
